I absolutely love my set. My shoulders carry a lot of tension and tightness from work and aerials, and a few minutes of Graston/scraping/gua sha provides substantial relief. Itʼs also great for forearms/wrists for those that workout, the bottom of the feet for those with plantar fasciitis or arch pain, and the neck stiffness. Keep in mind, this is a form of pain relief for symptoms that we experience - not a preventative routine - so the symptoms WILL come back if we donʼt make lifestyle changes.
